– Quantoz Payments B.V. (NL). Used to process payment transactions and to issue and manage e-money. Potje only provides Quantoz with your name and email address. The other data required for identification (KYC), including identification data, telephone number and bank details, are collected from you by Quantoz itself. Potje and Quantoz act as independent data controllers with regard to these processing operations; the privacy policy of Quantoz applies to the processing by Quantoz.

– Online Payment Platform B.V. (NL). Used to process payment transactions. Potje only provides Online Payment Platform with your name and email address. The other data required for identification (KYC), including identification data and bank details, are collected from you by Online Payment Platform itself. Potje and Online Payment Platform act as independent data controllers with regard to these processing operations; the privacy policy of Online Payment Platform applies to the processing by Online Payment Platform.

Insofar as personal data is processed by service providers outside the European Economic Area (such as the US tools mentioned above), we ensure appropriate safeguards for that transfer, such as the standard contractual clauses (Standard Contractual Clauses) adopted by the European Commission.

We are legally obliged to retain certain data and to provide it to other organisations. This applies, for example, to any transaction data, for accounting purposes and for the tax authorities.
